Talent Partner (Regional Talent Manager)

Description

The Talent Partner is accountable for end-to-end regional talent management, focusing on workforce planning, talent sourcing, pipeline development, and optimising recruitment ROI. This role serves as a strategic workforce partner for the region, aligning external market intelligence with internal talent needs to ensure business continuity and readiness for future growth

Responsibilities

  • Partner with regional leadership to define workforce and succession plans
  • Use labour market insights to forecast talent demand and address skills gaps
  • Lead workforce segmentation and talent forecasting models to meet operational targets
  • Build relationships with schools, universities, TVET colleges, NGOs, and government agencies
  • Design attraction strategies leveraging graduate programs and community pipelines
  • Identify critical and scarce roles in the region
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to develop internal talent benches
  • Facilitate succession planning, job mobility, and cross-functional stretch assignments

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or related field (Essential)
  • Postgraduate qualification in HR, Talent Management, or Workforce Planning (Preferred)
